As part of the delegate package, two night's accommodation for Sunday 18 and Monday 19 June 2017 with breakfast is included.  Accommodation will be off-campus in nearby hotels and delegates will be allocated rooms in one of the following hotels:

Rooms will be allocated by our Conference Organisers (InAnyEvent UK Limited).  Where more than one delegate is travelling from the same University, every effort will be made to assign rooms at the same hotel for delegates from the same member university.    Room allocations will be confirmed along with your conference joining instructions week commencing 5 June 2017.

There is some room availability for Saturday 18 June 2017 at the Clayton Hotel, Belfast.  This is available on a first come first served basis for anyone that might be considering an extended stay in Belfast.  The Saturday night is at additional cost to the delegate package.  Further details on costs for the Saturday night are provided on the delegate booking form.
